Following are pictures
from the Gateway Field Hockey teams which played in the 2008 USFHA Disney
Classic in Orlando, FL. Gateway had six (6) teams participate at
Disney: two (2) in each division (U-19; U-16; and U-14).
Gateway Field Hockey's U-19 RED team won it's
pool at the recent USFHA Disney Classic, and finished 5th among 48 teams in
the U-19 Divison.

A FAMILY AFFAIR: Kelly
Yates with granddaughter Carolina Lee, who made her
debut with Gateway at the Disney Classic, Joe Yates, and daughter Kate
O'Connell,
who is graduating from Indiana after playing 4 years (2 as a starter)
for the Hoosiers
and graduating as the school's 3rd all-time scorer. Kate has worked
Gateway Camps
and leagues and will become more involved with the Club Teams if she returns
to
St. Louis after graduating in May. Kate's sister, Meg, a sophomore and
two year starter
at Indiana couldn't attend this year's Classic due to a hectic class
schedule, but she
also assists with the camps and leagues during the summer and over school
breaks.
